    Nice thread!

Crazy and Industry were songs undoubtedly written for Usher, and Im still living in hope that at least Industry makes the cut...but I dont think it will now.

Gangsta was hot, but just a mixtape thing.

Im a Beast just be letting the haters know not to step on the wrong territory!

Kiss Your Candy is catchy, but he didnt even push Freaky In The Club so its improbable that this is anything more than an archive track.

Hairbraider...now this is the one for me...its growing on me by the day...and that's taking into consideration that I heard it yesterday for the 1st time!

I think record companies and artists have a new approach with the internet.

Somtimes they let songs leak to guage the temperature or to see reactions.

Co-sign; I also just think Kells is in the studio so much that he makes so much music he wants to test out with his fans.

Yes, that's true. I ain't got no problem with R. Kelly sounding like Usher but only for one or two tracks because Usher is too much of a pop artist in my eyes. If he made Crazy und Industry for Usher then that's fine but I don't want an whole R. Kelly album to sound like this. Like I said I don't have a problem with R. Kelly borrowing the style of other artists if these have my respect. Usher has, even though he's not what I call a great "artist". But T-Pain don't and that's why I don't wanna hear Kells sounding like him.

industry by default. the other tracks sound like mix tape or album side tracks at best IMO. of course R and the label leak the tracks to get some buzz. now usually when a track catches on through a leak the Artist Blames the Weatherman, the sportscaster and everybody else but themselves. nothing new at all artists and labels have always dropped tracks to get a buzz.

the good is that nowadays you can leak a whole lot of tracks, the Bad is that if none of the tracks hit then you are scared of the upcoming Project and the Ugly is not ever getting a buzz.

Kellz is a Huge Usher fan and has said so in the past.but having said that, it might be cool on a track but beyond that keep that to a mix tape or in your crib.

Industry, Gangsta, and Im A Beast! If the Beast was released, most every car in the hood would be banging the joint. I know I talked against the Beast in the beginning but every day, lately I've been rockin that joint in my Meizu Miniplayer on the way to work, lunch break, after work, and during my training at the park. I got others joints but I've been wear that song out. Take lots of shots of patron, Hold my middle finger up and tell the haters to get the fuck on! That mug is stuck in my head!

Industry for me....The result so far tells me I'm among the majority again this time. I'm A Beast is the 2nd and Hairbraider the 3rd. The rest leaves me cold.

And as a matter of fact, all the tracks don't measure up to be great tracks for R.Kelly standard, IMO. I hope he turns off radio for a while and just do his thing, which still can lead to success cuz he's no other than R.Kelly. That special quality many people wanna find in him esp. off his regular releases. Something that keeps distance from hot singles flowing on charts and still make them go "Yesss! That's what R.Kelly is all about!" Think about "Happy People". Ain't nothing like that on the charts at that time, but it did catch on and became a hit. I know except for Hairbraider, they were meant for mixtapes, but got some worries that he might think that's the way he should go for the next album.
