Cop the plea. Its not worth the added time, media attention and stalling of his career.

Also registering as a sex offender, while negative, isnt that big of a deal considering the OTHER circumstances that he could run in to.

There are people that were convicted of just talking shit to a girl at work and they have to register also.

I just want Kellz to do what's right for him and his family. If that means taking a plea deal, then so be it.

do you think Kellz should go through with this trial and take his chances, or just cop a plea for the sake of his kids. cause if he gets 15 years his kids will be adults when hes released....

cause regardless of the outcome he will always be known for this case....
Did they offer Robert a plea??? I never heard about a plea. If there is a plea then Robert should take it an move on with his life.

Because just like the Mike Tyson trial. Iron Mike spent a lot of money on this so called great lawyer. And was found guilty spent time in prison, only to have his accusser come forward and say that he never raped her.

Why is the jury pool made up of predominately whites??? Why would his lawyer allow that??

I don't believe they would dare send R Kelly to jail for 15 years without parole...

That shit would be like a broke ass mutha fucker putting a pot of gold in a vault and never spend it just because it has a some tarnish on it. Rinse that treasure off with some soapy water and move on with your life.

I voted for trial, but really, couldn't say that firmly. This might sound weak, but I'm being just honest. At the same time, for some reason, strangely, I've been usually confident that he'll be found innocent. The trial's just begun and got a long way ahead to go, but the case seems just so weak.

I believe they probably tried to offer him a plea deal but knowing how some of the Chicago ppl are actin towards him he said No. I think if there was ever such a plea deal presented it included jail time and for him to register as a sex offender and even I would turn that down because he would then have to have supervised visit with his own children. I think that he should go ahead with the trial and let the jury decide because all u really need to do is cast doubt in 1 or 2 ppl not the whole 12. Since they can't really prove its him in the tape he doing the right thing.

Braided girl I feel you on that prodominately white jury but lemme give something to think about, most of them never heard of Kellz and with the black community of Chicago divided they didn't wanna take any chances of him being found guilty, so that could be 1 of the reason why its the way it is.

I used to think cop a plea, but now I think actually he should just finish up the trial. I mean unless the prosecution pulls some magically heretofore unheard of evidence out I think Kells has a pretty good shot at getting off innocent.

    think

the prosecution rested their case...and we had a member or two who were reading mediatakeout like it was their bible and they were so convinced that Carey Kelly and Regina and George were gonna take the stand against Rob. Now I ask these people. What happened?
Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

I knew it wasn't them. That would be too obvious and George and Regina would have been black listed.

Lynn Perryman may have come forward for George and Regina. She worked for him 5 years after he was indited. Then 5 minutes before the trial starts she got some shit to say.
