Don't Let Go!!! That's my song, I never get tired of it.... and I think it has mainstream potential.

I can't pick either one! Maybe I've listened to Don't Let Go more, but I guess it's just becuz Don't Let Go came out earlier than Rise Up. So no big difference actually. In a concert setting, Rise Up would be much bigger. It would the same way I always think Leap of Faith and The Storm Is Over would get to the audience fast and strong as much as his club tunes do. As for single potential....I don't see one easily wins over the other. I agree DTP. Don't Let Go has mainstream appeal. If he hadn't released Double Up and had had the track on the new album that we think of as "Making Babies", it could be a lead single. But, even if Don't Let Go was on Double Up, it couldn't have been single-cutted. It just don't fit to the overall theme and vibe of the album.

This is a fresh set to compare songs. Never knew this would be coming. Props maxxx.

Personally I like both songs equally so I can't pick, but I think Rise Up would have had more single potential and would be bigger in concert.

Dont let Go is an awesome song.

too bad it got put on some soundtrack.

but it just proves that r.kelly has these cuts gathering dust somehwhere.

    give it time.

Don't Let Go. It's a beautiful song and I know he enjoys writing music like that. I could hear it in his voice.

I cant choose because in the main they are both too different to compare, now maybe if it was Let Your Light Shine V's Rise Up or something along those lines then it would have been an easier decision....but out of the two I'd like to hear Dont Let Go live, no two ways about it.
