    Default very nice review

Some R&B to conclude Friday night as R. Kelly's "Religious" takes the feature spot. The beat and vocals are reminiscent of the R. Kelly of past as well as on the other side of the spectrum of "Superman High" (Thank God). I was hooked from the first line, setting the tone for the rest of the slow jam. The chorus is well-delivered and lyrically masterful as R. Kelly croons, "There's something religious about you, there's something church about you" which is a unique way of expressing adoration toward your counterpart. "Religious" comes full circle with a break down and ad-libs in the last third of the track. Overall, this is easily my favorite, recent R. Kelly song.

The song also reminded me of CF and Touch A Dream because of the breakdown... It also reminds me of Skin because of the beat has some similarities I hope this will be a breakthrough single because his commercial attempts that I thought would catch on like Vip said it didn't. He went back into the Real R. Kelly land and created something that will be remembered for a minute.

    Yep, it's Steve Harvey.

3R's for me after just listening once...

I like the vintage Kells, but I wasn't blown away. Maybe after listening to this a few more times, it will come around. I think that it's great that an artist can put a song like this and a song like "pregnant" on the same album.

this song is very powerful. this song comes from deep down from the heart and soul!! brilliance at its best, agreed that it might not be the best "radio single" but kellz is def. letting the music speak for itself. absolutley 5 stars!! classic

If he released this as a single maybe 8 - 10 years ago then this might not have been a hit but because of the ringtone & autotune fueled charts right now this could be BIG...theres nothing but positivity from every corner on this track...they gotta get the video right now and I'm sure a track like this will add numbers to his album sales

I really hope so, cause I also didn't expect "Number One" to blow up the charts. It wasn't strong but I really like it. And I also really like this song, but not convinced that it should be a single. I hope that i'm wrong this time

My sentiments exactly. R. Kelly is king cuz he comes out and shows everyone the way to follow; you know, like the Pied Piper.
What's also brilliant about this song is that he seems to make use of autotune/vocorders in this song but in the most creative way yet; background vocals.
Am I the only who heard that or is it just that his vocals are way strong?
Love is strong; Love is tight
