I think far as the case goes I honestly think the state did a better job than the defense I want him to be innocient so bad but i dont think its looking to good i mean after 6years the best the defense could do was the mole which if i was on the jury and saw those frames that would kill that i think the defense lawyers really dropped the balll when it was there turn they did a heela job in cross examantion though

Only time will tell if they did a good job....its plain & simple...if he is found NOT GUILTY then they have done there job...but I'm confident they have put a positive case forward

they definitely created reasonable doubt but you have to remember this one thing--Kells is a celebrity, and people usually have harsher opinions. but hopefully it'll all work out for our boy.

Though it looks like the defense didn't do a good job, i do think that they created enough reasonable doubt. Kells has well paid lawyers so i do think they know what they're doing. And they're the ones who can judge the situation the best. Not the reporters and not us. I just hope everything will come to a good end.

I thought I'd be more impressed with these high priced lawyers and especially since they've had the case for 6 years you'd think they'd really be on the ball. We don't know what constraints they're working with so like everyone else I'm just hoping for the best outcome.

Yeah, hopefully everything will come out alright for our boy. I believe the defense has made their point to the jury and that's all they can do. He'll be fine and I think we all just need to just trust and believe because without faith you have nothing else to fall back on.

Concerning the poll....I'm really not sure and I hate to think the worst so I said the jury will be hung. But I think it could go either way.

    Yeah. Who is she really...

The prosecutions largest problem, where is the victim??? There is no one to come forward or complain that, that is R Kelly on that tape. So a small amount of reasonable doubt is good enough for a not guilty or hung jury verdict.

I feel the relatives of the alleged victim cancel themselves out on both sides. Sparkle's and Van Allen's testimonies were impeached so you can't believe everything they've said on the stand. That makes them not credible witnesses. I'd give more weight to the prosecution's expert witness, but it's not conclusive. The alleged victim's friends, coaches, and Perryman would get the edge cause they don't have any ax to grind or motivation to testify. So, it's hard to say, I'm going with I don't know, but I hope for the best and at least a hung jury.
