Will R. Kelly fans in Columbus be disappointed? - WLTZ 38 | Columbus Georgia Regional News & Community

By: Paris Holmes - Columbus, GA
. - R & B singer R. Kelly has legions of fans all over the country and right here in Columbus he's slated to perform at a show in the civic center on April 10th.

"I'm a big fan I've love R. Kelly since 1990," says R. Kelly fan, Andrea Brooks.

12 Play, Chocolate Factory, Love Letter, those are just a few of the albums fans of R. Kelly expect to hear at the upcoming concert.
"I got floor seats. and I stood in line for two hours in the freezing cold to get my tickets," says Brooks.
However, fans may be in for a rude awakening. In Monroe, Louisiana, Augusta, Georgia, and most recently Gulfport, Mississippi fans say they didn't get their money's worth.
"We we're supposed to have him host the show and his manager Reese assured us that Mr. Kelly would do at least 4 to 6 songs. And we indicated that to other people because all you have is someone's word. Mr. Kelly got there, they collected their money.... He never grabbed the mic," says Gulfport club owner, George Bush.
George Bush, owner of Club Illusion Two in Gulfport says Kelly claimed to have a sore throat and couldn't perform. Of course, this is after Bush paid for Kelly's hotel rooms, alcohol, food, and his $26,000 fee.

"Anything he could think of we did it,"says Bush.

Bush says he lost about $32,000 on the event plus the money he refunded to his customers.

Bush isn't the only one who feels cheated, in Augusta, R. Kelly reportedly showed up three hours late to the venue and only performed a few songs, and apparently a similar instance happened in Monroe, Louisiana.

The concert coming here to the Columbus Civic Center wasn't planned by R. Kelly's official booking agent. An independent local promoter booked the show. Several attempts were made to reach the them to find out exactly what fans can expect, their response was "no comment".

"I hope he doesn't do that to us," says Brooks.

Fans here expect more than 4 or 5 songs.
    "I expecting a great show,"says Brooks.
So let's hope fans here in Columbus aren't disappointed.
Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

Maybe Rob needs to get rid of Reece. Or, make a blanket statement on social media of what people should expect.

Reece is a super cool guy and I happen to speak to him from time to time. I would like to see Rob come out and be more active on social media in regards to his performances and when hes simply just hosting the event.

Another dumb article trying to make Kellz look bad. How are they gonna compare a club appearance to a damn concert? So pathetic.
