    fire R.Kelly is Suing Promoter

*R. Kelly returned to court and hit John Mosley and his Power Move company with a Federal Lawsuit, alleging that Mosley, without any permission or authority, entered into a performance agreement with concert promoter Darryl Austin, the man suing Kelly over a headlining performance in Dallas, Texas last year that ended up getting cancelled. theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports that R. Kelly pissed off Austin by pulling out of the show, so Darryl hit him with a Texas-sized lawsuit. Austin says he delivered a $100k deposit to Kelly’s team last January for him to headline an April concert in Dallas. According to the docs, when February rolled around, Mosley, played dumb and claimed to know nothing about the show.

Austin says the real insult came when the self-proclaimed Pied Piper of R&B returned the deposit … $30,000 short, TMZ reported. Austin asked the court to either force Kelly to do the show, or pay back the money.
Meanwhile, Kelly’s lawsuit explains that the man who booked the gig doesn’t have any authority to negotiate concert deals with anyone. The singer says he became aware of the Dallas show after $70k was deposited into his personal bank account. However, Kelly states he never executed any contract and was completely in the dark about it. After he learned about the deal, Kelly had his legal team send off a cease and desist to Mosley to stop portraying himself as his representative.

Kelly says he returned the $70k that was deposited into his account back to Austin, and he doesn’t believe he should be on the hook for the $30k that Mosley took as part of his ‘commission’.
    R. Kelly is now suing Mosley, accusing him and his web of lies and deceit of causing damage to his name and reputation. He believes that fans who purchased tickets to the Texas show will now be wary of purchasing other tickets for future R. Kelly shows.
Kelly is demanding damages for the harm to his reputation, punitive damages for the fraudulent conduct committed by Mosley and attorney fees.

R.Kelly Is Suing Promoter He Claims Ruined His Reputation
Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

That's right, take them to court to protect his rep, if not anything else!
