I'd prefer it if Kells would actually give a name to the album, to kind of set the tone for the whole thing. after all, the fans keep him going, but it's HIM who's the artist we love. he should name his albums to give them all a mood.

"Making Babies," for instance. or "Hit it Hard from the Back" lol.

LOL can you imagine people spreading news about R. Kelly's new album and they give it their own name and people that didn't know about the album title process just keep going to stores looking for a R. Kelly album of that particular name that they heard someone else say and never find the album. lol

I love this!! He needs to go ahead and do it. The mixtape has been well received and a WHOLE lotta people were listening to it in just a matter of hours. And I need to see his face again

It terms of promotion, timing, and general standard of product...what Drama and Skee have done is waaaaaaaaaay better than anything than Jive have ever done!

Look at the album cover...the flow of the songs, and also the exposure its had in a relatively short period of time...and they are now looking to follow this momentum through all the way to a video?

Its great and just highlights (yet again) how poor Jive are.

    Props to Drama and Skee.

Can't wait to hear Supa Dupa Man.
"He's never done a mixtape before, and it's like his demo for the new album," DJ Skee said of The Demo Tape. "He's coming back with a new generation of the music business, a new generation of music. All these kids coming up are up on other stuff. He wanted to come back out and get everyone familiar on who he is."
That's what I thought about the "Demo" title soon as it was known. I still got to listen to this mixtape but I hope he change up a lot on the new album.

I haven't had time to listen to this mixtape yet but judging by some of the comments here, it seems it has some tracks I may like.

Gotta agree with what VIP said about the effort put into the mixtape compared to the last album releases on Jive. I think it would be a nice idea to shoot a low budget video for one of the mixtape songs. Low budget, but something creative and different that creates some buzz for the tape and hype for the album. But mixtapes for 2 or 3 mixtape-songs at least ?! keep on dreaming Drama... that wouldn't make any sense. Most of the songs are weak in my opinion and where do you take the budget from ? Better save these options for the real album.
