Default R Kelly meets Prime Minister prior to first Bahamian concert

R&B royalty R Kelly has officially landed in The Bahamas for his Celebration of Love concert, the first time he is performing in the Caribbean country.
While fans have gone crazy to get their hands on a pair of tickets to several events featuring the Grammy award winner, R Kelly's first order of business was to meet the nation's leader, Prime Minister, the Hon. Perry Gladstone Christie.
In this photo, taken by Bahamian Stefan L. Davis who is at the forefront in the country's social scene, R Kelly was seen bringing a bit of style to the Prime Minister's boardroom. While the politicians posed in their expected suits, R Kelly seemed to get comfortable in 'studio casual', complete with a pair of headphones.
An inside source revealed the reason why Kelz wore tennis shoes to meet the Prime Minister starting that the entertainer (who does not fly), was one of the first passengers out of the cruise he arrived on. It was said that he wanted to be driven straight to the Office of The Prime Minister after cleared by the port authority, opting out of going to the hotel to change first when it was apparent that he was a bit behind schedule. Organizers commended his desire to keep the appointment with the Prime Minister instead of going to change and risk being late.
Official photos will be released by the Prime Minister's public relations team.
The singer is anticipated to make an appearance at tonight's Step in the Name of Love event leading up to his concert. Tickets were given away in both the Bahamas and United States leading up to the event.
Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

i wish America felt the same way because you are seeing him as a musical ambassador that is getting his due everwhere but here. tell me how the grammys nominate him yearly and shut him out and yet around the world he is acknowledged.

Been saying the same thing too. gets respect everywhere else but @ home. but what has started to piss me off more is "Grammy award winner". that award should not be the most coveted award. but congrats to him. cant believe he's never performed there or in N.O.

The DJ here at Hot 105 could not stop talking about how well he did in his permformance and how Kellz is a great artist. He also said that not too many artist can put on a performance like Kellz and how everyone who paid got their money's worth for the show.

in america if you don't have a hit then they are through with you. but with kellz its politics because i've counted him being nominated at the grammys for album or something almost 10 years straight and yet chris brown or somebody else gets this or that.

terrence trent d'arby still performs but he pretty much got black balled here and they ain't spending a dime on him. the industry spends money on who they want and a black artist gets older then go younger. believe me usher and beyonce will feel the backlash.

but they only appreciate you when you are dead and gone sad to say. glad to see R getting respect.

There's a scripture saying how a prophet is not honored in his own country. You can take that literally or figuratively to mean people will often not appreciate their own no matter how deserving they are. I love seeing Rob get all of this love and adoration.
