Anytime Kellz does something positive its either not reported or its ignored by everyone. It was HUGE of him to do that show for free. That shows what kind of person he is. But nobody wants to see him like that.

FOXNews is reporting this. But thats the only major to report it so far.

None of the other shit-rags on the net are reporting it either, yet.

In reference to what Mista said about "lets see these rappers finish a tour without getting paid": NO WAY! 1/2 these rappers are broke and cant afford to drive themselves to the arena.

What a great showing of Kellz love for fans.

Just proof that Kellz loves his fans....he appreciates all the love and support that we as fans give him. It also shows that he's still humble and doesn't take his success for granted. As for the promoter, oh kells will get his money...that's one thing you don't mess with a man and his money.

    Remeber this qoute:

I just did a search on this company and notice they have been an alot of legal issues. Just an observation, I hope everything goes well with this tour and it does not end up going south.

Well I can say, I told ya'll so. When this whole report on the Rowe Entertainment came about, I mention his past lawsuit but know one paid attention. I knew something was gonna happen.

I remember your post. I guess I was hopeful this Rowe Entertainment would work out. The tour was an overall success. I wonder if the other acts got paid. But kudos to Kells for finishing the tour even when he knew he wouldn't get paid.

Rob is a true professional. I am so touched to see that he performed his last shows FREE!!!! Just think about it, he had to pay his band, dancers, and crew and hadn't received the money that was rightfully owed to him. This man truly loves his fans and I absolutely LOVE him for that!!!!

I'm thankful that he finished the tour out, because I just realized that Jacksonville was one of the last 10 cities.

Update: More people suing promoter Rowe Entertainment.

Posted: April 25, 2008NEW YORK -- American Talent Agency has added themselves to the growing list of litigants seeking re-compensation from former R. Kelly promoter Leonard Rowe. Also named in the suit were Rowe Entertainment, Neal Wilson, Deshanna Wilson and N&D Entertainment. Through the suit, ATA is seeking unpaid commissions and expenses in excess of $230,000, plus $1,000,000 in punitive damages, for their efforts in connection with R Kelly Double-Up Tour 2007-2008. Neal and Deshanna Wilson and 8 other complainants filed a lawsuit against ATA and Rowe among others, alleging that ATA had been "in bed" with Rowe for the purposes of defrauding the plaintiffs of their investment in the aforementioned R. Kelly tour.
ATA rejects these claims and has stated that they will vigorously defend itself in court.
"Both my client and Robert Kelly believe deeply in helping the "underdog", and in their own way, are working tirelessly to ensure the independent African American promoter does not go extinct." ATA's attorney Ira Meyerowitz stated.
As previously reported in CelebrityAccess, Rowe had been the subject of several lawsuits, most recently by R. Kelly, who alleged that Rowe engaged in a scheme of soliciting investments in R. Kelly's tour and then telling the investor that the investments hadn't panned out as tour had lost money. - CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
