Re: Ex-employee claims R. Kelly beat him

Its a shame that Uncle H, brought his daugther in to this....

    My view of this:

Kellz invited his usually ppl to the allstar game viewing which one of them was Henry, *whats crazy why would kellz invite henry to the party when he knows he going to bitch bout the money* They all were drinking & having fun...henry my have glance at his daugther for a brief second and saw her dancing like the woman that have danced there or anyone she seen dance. So he probably was like "yo, rob get joanne, she shouldnt be dancing, like that". Kellz may have took the wrong way they exchanged words then henry probably added in the agrument, "man u still havent paid me my money.." then all hell broke lose.

or Joanne and other kids was sleep like every said they were... and Henry and everybody was drinking and *when ur drunk u tend to say wats on ur mind or true feeling about someone or something* "Man, u owe me some money and I need it...... then things got out of control..

Whatever happen this could been resolved between them.

I am real... I care bout Kellz in a fan/loving way I care bout his music and general values so if I read something thats invloving him.. and I believe he could have handle it in a better fashion, believe me I am going to call him out on it.... Like I said before he should have handle the fight situation better knowing he is on bail. The money situation I cant speak on it because i dont know. When u care bout someone regardless if there wrong or right u tell them the TRUTH regardless or let the truth be known.

WE dont know the truth but this will make the kellz haters look at kellz in a diffrent light.

henry could be lying bout the daugther dancing because when ur mad @ someone u get nasty as the get nasty w/you... He could added too the story...

this is bad press which he doesnt need

Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

I really don't fault Unc...maybe b/c I'm older, but kids don't need to be all up in grown folks company, but you probably can't tell Kells nothing 'bout them dang kids.....especially, lil Ms. Joann, she probably could kick the windows out of his jeep and then turn to him w/ those fake, puppy eyes....

'opps, my foot slipped! Sorry, daddy! But anyway, Jaya put that scratch on it!'

    Kells, 'it's awight, baby!'

Then he looks back at Jaya, ' JAYA, Bring yo' azz here!"
    Jaya.... 'what I do, now?'

Actually Kells shoulda handel this another way...he knows his azz in under a

Whatever went down(unless the uncle threaten him or his family or something), he is not justified to use violence esp. to the older person who used to be there for him. You can curse and yell, but that's gotta be the end. We don't know the exact story, but if the uncle didn't do something extreme, violence part is wrong.

    Thankx for clarification, maxxx.

I think he's clutching at straws, he deserves jack IMO, he did no writing/producing of SITNOL he just came with an idea, theres no hardwork in that!. I'm sure Rob has in the past listened to what people request/want for example a Gospel album, he released one of the greatest Gospel albums of all time so does that mean people deserve a cut? Can you see where I'm going with this?..........to me all he's done is request a track and Rob delivered....end of.

well i think this is sad whichever way u look at it -

it is sad if its true that kells turned like that on someone who has been loyal to him for years. and if it is false then its sad that another story has come out about one of kells closest ppl betraying him like this.

this is really not good for kellz

but if he did beat up Henry Love, then Kellz is a fool.. like Helena said nothing can justify physical violence unless Henry Love started gettin physically aggressive.

If none of this happened.. then Kellz has some rats in the entourage

About the money: I don't believe that Henry Love should be paid..he provided kells with an idea for a song...just like most of us that wish kells would do an album about__(fill in the blank)_, or a song about__(fill in the blank)_. Like maxx stated before: without a Copyright or something solid to fall back on then you ain't got no case period. And to paraphrase what Andy stated above...This doesn't not entitle you nor I the right to be paid if the song or album comes to be. I understand that they had this long friendship, and who knows Kells could have paid him for the concept(We don't know his side of the story)Maybe Love thought he should have been paid more.

About the fight: We don't have the full story, so it's very hard for me to comment on that. I'm not justifying fighting an older man, but we just don't know what went down in that house. Kellz is very loyal to his friends that's commited to him especially those that's been with him for a long time. The media loves to put a spin on things especially Jim, so I'm just cautionous of what I read. I just have a feeling that this was more than about money.

About the case: I don't believe that Love has a case because if there was any merit to his story, Kells would have been charged with something a long time ago but the PD decided not to file any charges. If they could have charged him of something you better believe that would have regardless of his money. Kells will still have his fans because we all know how to separate the man from his music and will still continue to support him.
