Uncle Henry Love I think is the cat in the "Ignition" Video where Kellz rubs him on his bald head. Henry Love is suppose to be in his 50's&also sung background for Marvin.
My thought is that if your gonna be asking for money, or some other type of credit, get that in writing. A verbal agreement won't work. Especially if you've been in the business for some years. I'm just disappointed that another former employee of Robs is going after him at a time when he needs it the least. He just settled that case with Montina Woods and here comes another case.

Is the man a real uncle of him or 'uncle' is just for friendly calling from Kellz?

It sounds like extortion to me. If this guy was repeatedly hit by Kells, who is a boxer, he would've sustained some serious injuries. The police investigated and didn't file any charges so something is amiss in this story.

we know R.Kelly ain't no Angel&like anybody else who has gotten where he has in his career he has probably made quite a few folks hot at him,but at the same token as Mista&Realrkelly hit on you gotta have the song in credit form. I know a good deal about how this business operates&if you are going at a Artist with a Idea then you better have paper work,a Lawyer&that shit on a tape recorder. you gotta play ball or you will get played period. it's a cold business. you gotta know the Hustle or you will get Pimped. oh I bet cash money that R.Kelly would love to Whip on Ty Ty&jay Z's Ass. but back to the story at hand, nothing was proven&this sounds like soar grapes&anybody looking for a handout or trying to Hustle somebody better watch there own Ass.

it's a Soulful term that folks call a Older Male Figure, like Charlie Wilson is Called Uncle Charlie. it's a term of affection, but some cats don't like being called Uncle because it means they are older. depends on who you say it to.

without a Copyright or somethign solid to fall back on then you ain't got no case period. I know in the Music business if you ain't got no substance or prove you are get laughed out of the building period. Lawyers run the business&a Songwriter's work is always debated based on chord Progression, bars in a song,etc.... if you don't present something to suggest you helped compose the song either as a Lyricist or helped create the music then you don't have a Case.

'Uncle' claims R. Kelly beat him

    October 5, 2006
    BY STEFANO ESPOSITO Staff Reporter
A longtime associate of R&B superstar R. Kelly filed a lawsuit Wednesday in which he claims he was beaten -- and left with permanent injuries -- at Kelly's Olympia Fields estate last February.

Henry Love Vaughn is also suing for "breach of verbal contract." Vaughn says Kelly reneged on a promise to pay for Vaughn's collaboration in the creation of Kelly's song "Steppin' in the Name of Love."
Olympia Fields police say they have investigated Vaughn's assault complaint but do not intend to file charges. In a written statement released Wednesday, a Kelly spokesman described Vaughn as a "disgruntled former employee and hanger-on."
Vaughn, who says he has been like an uncle to Kelly and has notes from Kelly addressing him as "Uncle Henry Love," said he was invited over to watch the NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 19.
Vaughn said he is not sure why -- perhaps because he criticized the way Kelly's 7-year-old daughter was dancing grown-up style on a pool table -- but Kelly associate John Levy started punching him, Vaughn said in an interview with the Sun-Times in April.
Vaughn said Levy and other crew members grabbed him and started hauling him to the front room to throw him out.
"R. Kelly sees me bleeding, grabs me, hits me upside the head and takes me into the basement," Vaughn said. "Then he drags me up the stairs and past security at the gate."
In his lawsuit, Vaughn also says that while in the basement, Kelly repeatedly struck him "about the face and body."
Vaughn has a police report, photos of a bloody lip, and paperwork from Advocate Christ Medical Center's emergency room to back up his story.
    'Half-truths, distortions'
Levy and others at the party told police that Vaughn, who has worked for Kelly over the years, was drunk and had to be subdued and that Kelly's children were upstairs asleep. Vaughn disputes being drunk.

"His lawsuit is a pathetic collection of half-truths, distortions and outright lies," said Kelly spokesman Allan Mayer.
Vaughn is the son of former 34th Ward Democratic Organization president Jesse Vaughn and says he has been in the security business for 35 years.

I have read this story on mtv and yahoo news. and none of them had what jim derogatis said about kells daughter. jim derogatis is one sick bastard. you know he had to make something of a sexual nature out of this. maybe he needs to be investigated...cause he seems to be preoccupied with lil girls and adding sex to a story. yeah I believe something took place in that house with Kells uncle...but I don't belive it has anything to do with that mans daughter dancing on a pool table...kells lawyers need to get some kind lawsuit filed on jim derogatis ass cause he has crossed the line this time. and this will make people start making up more vicious ass rumors about kells.

Kells shouldnt have let that Levy man hit his uncle...thats a elderly, frail man whos been with you since day 1. and if he owed him money he should of paid him to keep this negative mess out of the press...if anybody should of been dragged downstairs and beaten it should of been carey for all that shit he talked...kells needs to settle this out of court with his uncle...ASAP....and he needs to apologize to that man....
Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.
