They have been promoting the concert on my local radio station. The only thing that I think might hurt the tour is that tickets go on sale so fast, you hardly have any notice. The concert for Greensboro, NC started advertising on a wednesday and tickets went on sale two days later. It kind of took everyone by surprise. I had to end up buying two tickets from a broker which costs me more money than I usually pay when I buy tickets from a ticket broker. I've never paid this much from a broker for one of R. Kelly's concerts, also they don't have as many seats listed that they usually do for sale. I hope that it's not a lot of young people at the show, but since Double up is mostly hip hop who knows. If anyone needs some good seats and can't get them thru ticketmaster check out ticketliquidator.com, thats a broker that I usually use to get front rows for kellz shows.

Besides Neyo's Myspace page is it on any other fan sites for the other performing artists?

Kells is the headliner, but are they spend promo money advertising Neyo, J.Holiday and pitching it to a younger crowd to sell more tix?

I will not be happy if I have to sit next to some screaming 15yr old who screams for Neyo. Just curious on what others think and if this is for grown folks.
yeah Man you gonna have a younger audience probably there. I mean NeYo, J Holiday and Keyshia Cole though they have some Older fans, there main demographic is the 106 and park crowd.

there is alot of Money to be made on this tour, but aside from R.Kelly I ain't feeling that lineup. as far as I'm Concearned R.Kelly is like Charlie Chaplin and those other acts are the three stoogies.

I don't like the lineup either. I wonder how much say R.Kelly had in choosing who would go with him and how many. Also, at the very first, weren't they saying that Keisha Coles and Trey Songz were going and then it switched to Ne-yo and J. Holiday? I wonder what happened with that.

I am with you on that. I literally had to put a budget plan, just in case my hook ups do not come thru. The tickets alone here in Miami are $800 a pieace just to have floor seats. For the superbowl weekened event I spent $400 for 2 tickets. It was all worth it but it put a hole in my pockets.

Bcarter, since the Miami show is at the end part of the tour, you might wait to buy my tickets until you read some of the reviews of the tour and how long he performs, etc. I was willing to spend more money on tickets when he was performing alone in a smaller theater setting,....but I'm not sure how much I'm willing to spend for good seats in a stadium setting.

I've looked at the selection of seats on broker sites for different shows and it seems none of them even have the really good seats. I don't know if they have not released them for sale or if they have been reserved for the 4 artists, or if they are sold already. etc. But usually if someone is lucky enough to have 1 to 5th row seats from ticketmaster, some people are usually willing to sell them to make a profit, but I haven't seen any.

Floor seats are hard to find for this tour, which is very unusual because I always find floor seats for his other concerts thru the brokers. This time I was lucky enough to find two seats in section A on the floor row 3, but they costs me 250 per ticket. I bought them from bay tickets, which I found on ticketliquidator.com. They already have tickets for sale for mosts of the shows which seems odd because tickets for the other shows haven't even went on sale yet. I hope the seats are good because the seating chart that they have listed on ticketmaster for the greensboro, nc show looks kind of strange. It looks like he might have a setup similar to the BOBW tour.

I dont care if it was Britney, Justin, T-Strain or Akonvict coming. I would still have a great time.

Its great exposure for him too. I feel pretty good thinking that people from a younger generation are going to listen to some pretty good songs from the past and present and maybe even the future. That REALLY reaffirms his position as the King of R-and-B. Most people from the younger crowd dont even know that certain songs ARE R.Kelly songs. They always say "Really?!" I have this cousin who is 19 and I was playing a few R.Kelly songs (Your Body Is Calling, Down Low and Fiesta Remix) and she was like "These are R.Kelly songs??!!!" and Im like "YEAH!!!" So, this is a GOOD THING.

I actually had a hard time getting really good seats this time around too...maybe because of J Holiday and Ne-Yo, which are young crowd favors. My tickets are ok (Section 113), but usually I can get tickets one or two sections from the stage, which is excellent at the Wachovia Center.
