Well somebody had to defend their family from all of these crazy ass stories thats been published over the years. And his wife is the perfect person to do it since she does know him and actually loves him. And then she has to worry about their kids. Cause they will eventually get older and people say cruel shit and they are gonna hear that mess.
Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

Thanks for posting this lovely read, AZ and Chelle.

I feel proud of Andrea, she's such a strong, focused woman. She has weathered all kinds of storms and there she is, standing tall. I wish her the best of luck in her life and I hope she and Rob can work things out, if only for the sake of their three children.

And Rob'd better keep that woman by his side, he needs her to be well-balanced. He won't find another like Andrea.

    Heres more...........

Extra Quotes from Andrea Kelly An only child, Andrea, the granddaughter of a preacher, grew up on Chicago’s South Side. She studiously watched Debbie Allen on “Fame” for dance instruction and, wearing red ruffles, coerced her father to be a faux “Dance Fever” judge. Her parents divorced when she was 7 and at age 10 she and her mother moved to the suburbs. Now, a gifted dancer and choreographer in her own right, Andrea is more than the woman married to R. Kelly. Hear more from her about her life, the touching sides of Robert that only she sees, and her bonafide passion for bringing dance to inner city youth in these additional quotes. Meet Andrea Kelly.

On her attraction to her husband, Robert:

"He made me laugh. He’s silly and I’m a very silly person. He’s just a jokester. Telling your mama jokes. Doing impressions. He’s hilarious. His facial expressions, the way he reacts to somebody. When he does Stevie Wonder —that is my all time favorite. I get to see the spiritual side. People hear it in his music but I get to see it in his life. He has a tender heart. He’s a tender person. He has a tender heart toward God. That upbringing in the church, you hear it in his voice, his singing."

On one of the best days of her life:

About four years ago Andrea received the ultimate anniversary present from her husband. It was a surprise; it was an anniversary gift from Robert. He pretended to take her to a restaurant and told her to close her eyes. He really took her to Debbie Allen's studio to meet her idol and first dance teacher from watching "Fame" episodes.

"I open my eyes and she’s standing right there. I’m telling you I literally fell out. Purse went flying, shoes came off, I just ran and fell at her feet. I was like, “Oh, this is so embarrassing. In tears, I could not believe it."

On her passion for opening an urban dance studio:

"What’s the point of me having a dance school out in the suburbs for kids where their parents can afford to send them? So the ones that I’ve found that have that raw talent are the kids in the hood. Why? Because you don’t have the things out there that the kids in the suburbs have so you’re forced to find something to do with your time, if that’s on the block, in the summer, somebody with their radio out, people dancing in the street, people battling or you go to your park district."
