because he has been part of my musically feel for years..when i first started to realize how good music sounded it was around when "u are not alone came out" I was a big MJ fan as a kid and then tupac but when kells hit me...I was hooked it was like melodies frm heaven and he had a song for every situation frm "I beleive i can fly to home alone"...And when an album dropped I wud make it a must to know all the lyrics in the album man...i feel this brother and he's music is just timeless for me...thru hom i got to nice sweet words to say to woman and i could relate to his songs...If he had to come to Africa ..I'd be the first to get hold of his vip ticket...believe me on that...once again lets pray for him...

Ignition is timeless thanx for the reminder guys...we need a ignition remix 2007...

my two cents: Michael Jackson will always be the standard for me because without MJ I wouldn't even care about Music he will always be that dude that opened my ears and eyes to what Music was all about always.

now Brother R.Kelly in my grown folks years has been the most consistant and most important Artist and the Man has been the soundtrack to my grown years. He covers so many bases of life. i mean when I listen to a Bobby Womack for instance I swer that Kellz is His son because of the subject matter and depth.

R is that dude that beats you in so many ways as a Artist and with his creativity and the scary part we don't even get the other half of stuff he be holding back on. but when you have had some life expereinces that make you think and also dealing with things that are a trip or somewhere in between then you hear a R.Kelly who puts t all there and ain't afraid to say what he feels regardless if he gets laughed at or Questioned. too see a Artist come through New Jack Swing which was during my teen days to now and switch up and be unstoppable and always find a way to keep his voice there no matter what speaks volumes. the R.Kelly story is far from over and we are gonna weigh it all out. more chapters await from this Musical Genius.

I am a huge kellz fan because of everything he does in music. I love his lyrics, the flow and how they tell stories. Every record he has come out with i have been a fan of. Even the happy people/u saved me album....To me other than Michael Jackson has the midas touch on all of his albums.

    think Why???

    Because...

I know Kells has love for someone like me.

The R-ruh can sing extremely well...

Robert is a black man who is successful in a difficult business that will take away his art and leave a brother with nothing. But Robert always makes something out of nothing.

    Kells is fine.

Robert has a number of obstacles in front of him, and he still continues to stay on top. I admire that.

I love R. Kelly and can not get enough of him. Frankly because of his God given talents. The man has a gorgeous voice, the best voice anyone could ever have. I love the way he plays the piano, he is so talented. He is so gifted. It is interesting how he has his style and can keep up with the trends of today. He is a legend. He is still in the game and not everyone can last many years and stay on top. Many are has beens. He has true talent, not many artist have that.

Just watch the BET 25th Anniversary performance of him and you gotta love that guy. he's a genius. I've never seen an audience full of celebrities enjoy a performance like that before. I just watched it 3 times back to back, unbelievable.

^Big Dan, where can I find this performance? I'm not tryina ask you for an illegal link, but if you know of a place where I can begin looking can you hook it up? It'd be so much appreciated.

And if not, just curious--what did Kells sing and what was the crowd reaction like more specificlly?
