lol when you view the "light it up tour" dvd

for the ones that attended the show, do you still get that same feeling from seeing the dvd? i looked at the dvd today and i felt so proud that i saw the performance in person. it makes me yearn for the next tour. for those who couldn't attend the live performance, how do you feel when you look at the dvd? i know i'm a R. KELLY nut, but i just love being able to see his performances whenever i want to. i wish JIVE or somebody would put out another "LIVE" show.Hidden Content

Watching the DVD is like seeing my boy for the very, 1st time on stage, spiritually. I would love for him to do another one. But the next go 'round, I hope that it'll be just a little bit, sexier on stage.

When I watch the DVD it doesn't give me the same feeling I had when I actually attended the show live.

Watching the DVD brings back many great memories but it's not exactly the same as being there. Those of you who watched the show live might know what I'm talking about... The DVD has some parts cut out. Besides, the atmosphere of the theater during the show was indescribable... something to feel and experience rather than seeing.

With that said, the DVD is great. A must have for anyone who enjoys live shows. I hope more will follow.

    rofl Great show!!!

The Light It Up dvd is great... But the live performance was better. Because Robert did things on stage that's not on the dvd. A lot of things were edited or not captured at all. He did somethings in Atlantic City he didn't do in Los Angeles.

He wore different t-shirts I haven't seen before. Like that diamond Pink Panther shirt... He was dressed plain on the dvd.

He didn't include his basketball video... I thought that was great. Why didn't he insert that into the dvd extra stuff?? When I saw him in Atlantic City there were some serious Kellz fans there. Every song Robert sang the audience would sing louder and stronger than even Kellz himself. Robert was sooo amazed, Robert said "Damn Let me sing something." So he began to direct us and put his hands up like a music director and we started to sing... We sounded awful without Robert singing with us. It was funny, moments like that we'ren't captured. Robert said, "There are some true R Kelly fans in the house."
