Default what R song sounds like it was from different

Era? I was listening to "Somethings Never change"&Every time I hear that song it makes me think of 1975 circa Stevie Wonder. or "Dream Girl" reminds me of Michael Jackson 1979 Circa. are there any songs that make you feel that R is channeling a different era when he is doing them?

"If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time" is the first one that comes to my mind. Others are "You Made Me Love You" and "The Greatest Show On Earth", but there are more.

Listening to Rob, I often get this feeling that he's making music from another era, he sounds classic but with a fresh twist to it. I love it.

You Knocked Me Out (twisting Marvin Gaye's After the Dance), You Make Me Love You (twisting Al Green's Love & Happiness), Far More (sounds like Heatwave's Mind Blowin'), Heaven I Need A Hug (has that 70's Philly sound),and Love Street, just to name a few.
