Default TP3 is 10 years old

lets discuss what worked, what didn't work
and what it could it have been. and i say could have been because in truth TP3 like albums there after had songs from other projects
    and it felt sewed on.

however what still works for you and what doesn't?

also the Elephant in the Room how is tp3 without "Trapped in the Closet"? if you were to skip 1-5 and just listen to tp3

how is this album in hindsight?

Possibly his weakest album, but I still love a few of the tracks. Songs 3-7 are great and run together perfectly (In the Kitchen-SlowWind-Put My T Shirt On - Remote Control - Kickin' it With Your Girlfriend) but outside of those I think it's a bit scattered. Reggae Bump Bump, Girls Go Crazy, and Burn it Up are probably the 3 songs I like least from all of his studio albums. And I'm forever a fan of Trapped but they should have been saved for a bonus disc/an album of their own rather than added on at the end.

This is his "meat & potatoes" formula I WISH he would get away from lol (The Buffet coming soon, pun intended).

Trapped in the Closet absolutely did not belong on this album. Shouldve been 14 tracks w/the series as an entity of its own.
    My fav tracks:
    3. Sex in the Kitchen 4. Slow Wind 5. Put My T-Shirt On 7. Kickin It With Your Girlfriend 9. Touchin 11. Hit It Til the Mornin 13. Sex (15. First Trapped)

Definitely his weakest album up until Untitled but should've did better than 1.5

A lot of forgettable songs on the album but there are some high points. I still play In The Kitchen, Sex Weed and (Sex) Love Is What We're Making a fair bit. I've never liked that Trapped in the Closet became a series but think the original track is just perfect. I'd have loved it if he'd just stopped it there.

This album is underrated to me, there are gems. In The Kitchen, Touchin', Remote Control, Sex Weed, Summertime, Slow Wind, Kickin' with Your Girlfriend, and T Shirt. I love the production on those songs. Burn It Up is still a tune and Playa's Only was a nice radio song.

I didn't care for Reggae Bump and the song with Birdman.

I think this was the beginning of his overuse of the whole hip hop thing and general downward spiral of his albums. One of his weakest albums for me as it lacked structure. But there were some decent tracks.

In the Kitchen, Slow Wind and Sex weed are the only real outstanding tracks for me; Trapped was out of place on this album and should have stopped after Chapter 5.

I also think some of the production was a bit weak in that he didn't put the usual effort into the final output that we're used to... could've have done without the latin and reggae songs too..

Album was not good period, very weak. Production was terrible especially to his standards. Had about 3 decent songs on the album, weakest of his career.

The album as a whole hasn't aged well for me. I knew I would feel this way back in '05.
Nothing's changed: the tracks I dug then are the ones I dig now (Love Is What We Makin', Happy Summertime, In The Kitchen, Put My T-Shirt On--->this last one, I could take it or leave it). With great albums, I usually can't pick my favs like this. The TIC chapters just take up the space in there and the videos galore got in the way of promoting the album.
