When I heard Bottoms Up for the first time I honestly had to listen VERY closely to see if that was R.Kelly.

Now, after hearing it many more times its obvious that it isnt. BUT, on first listen of that song the "Oh Oh Ooooooh Oh" intro, the Mr Steal Your Girl nicknames, the Double Up type production and Double Up type vocal runs and sing rapping is AAAAALLLLL R.Kelly based.

^Yessir, the 'Mr Steal Your Girl' is a straight Rob 'Its Your Boyfriend' type intro. Trey got kinda ridiculous with this 1, and the fact that 'Bottoms Up' is a hit in the charts and 'Get Dirty' wasnt even close to a hit just shows how biased and subjective the majority of folks musical 'opinion' is.

I have had the opportunity to listen to Get dirty again and I can feel the similarities, in fact it's almost like a cover with different lyrics, all of this makes Trey stupid and a hypocrite because he dish out a diss song called Death of Kellz, but then sing exactly like Kellz, or maybe he wanted Rob to stop singing like that so that the younger generation wouldn't know that he was immitating him, lol.

    I think Trey is frustrated.

He is frustrated that his music game is in the shadow of one of the greatest and in his opinion its not letting him shine like he wants to. Everyone that writes about music on the net says that Trey takes not only pages but VOLUMES out of Kellz books.

Nothing new with that? How many artists did and still do get tagged from the 60s, 70s and 80s to RKelly??? But you didnt see Kellz acting a fool about it?? He embraced it and has used their influence to make great music...

Trey has used his comparrisons to RKelly as a disrespectful punchline.

That's it right there, quite an underhand move but quite clever from Trey's point of view. How often do you go on Youtube and see an R. Kelly song and then some reference to Trey when he has absolutely no relevance? This just shows how many songs are gonna be copied/sampled by Rob in the future.

Mistermaxxx once posted a version of 'Relief' by a folk singer. 3 weeks ago, I saw an article in an English Newspaper where some random musician was talking about '5 songs on his iPod'. 1 was this 'Relief' by this folk singer and he said that the original (by R. Kelly) sounded crass, and the lyrics were cheesy but this folk singer somehow made them sound poignant and heartfelt? It made me sick how someone could just be so filled with hate.

Its like submitting a piece of academic work. You do all the work, and get a 'D' but someone then takes your paper, copies it then gets an 'A'. That right there is simply 'bs', but like Maxxx has said Rob aint just the King of RnB he's the King of Music period.
