Chris Stokes jacked him. also it is known that chris stokes took Kells name off a track that he gave to marqus.Stokes got over at Sony with doing some shady things. "sorry 2004" is R.kelly by the numbers. I bought that disc back when ti dropped because I knew Kells was on it. Ruben had said that Kells was given him a track. now a year later "I need a Angel" was put out,but nothing more about what Kells had given him. Avant with his Producers Tim&Bob who had to have had the chocolate Factory bugged. but they mainly ride on Kells 90's synth sound than the sound he has had in the 00's.but they must have listened to every Kells Album from 12-R double.&also Production he did.
chris stokes has bled his artists dry......

i heard cassie's tracks on her album. and ummmm...how could they EVER leave that track out? i mean, its the best track I heard from a female artist (teeny-boppy) as of late. I mean, it beats the pants off anything i heard on B-Day.......... Hidden Content

Maybe biz/politics did excercise strongly on that decision putting far away quality of the album.

Hmm, hmm....I listend to the song just 1 or 2 times. And not even the whole through it, but just some parts. Now I hear your opinion, I come to think you may be right on 'What If'. Still think Sorry 2004 was probably from him, tho.

A couple of the others are the Underdogs, who've been copying Kellz since they hit the scene, yet have their own, let's say 'distinct' style. Far more inferior, of course.
Totally co-sign this one. It's all speculation.
Also, what I use to always think is, if Kellz really ghost-writes for somebody, I can see the artist who performs the song getting all the credits, but why on earth would Kellz ghost-write a track for let's say Mariah or Usher, and then have it credited for Jermaine Dupri? These things don't make sense to me.
So I don't get too excited over songs that may or may not sound like a Kellz production. Besides, many songs sound similar. I mean, we could as well discuss the possibility of Some Things Never Change being ghost-written by Stevie Wonder, so ... Hidden Content

However, there's really one song that I would bet my ass on it being written/produced by Rob, and that's Marques Houston feat. Joe Budden - 12 O' Clock. The way Marques rap-sings is SOOO damn Kellz ... I mean, really, absolutely without any doubt. But the thing that really cinvinced me is that he actually sings "thugs wit me cause they know I roll wit Kellz in there". Plus, there are some background vocals that sound like Rob, and if it's not him, they sure sound like he at least arranged them.

I remember back on the old board, somebody actually posted the credits to this song and Kellz wasn't credited, however, if you listen to that song you just CAN'T believe it's written by somebody other than Kellz.

This is really the only song (apart from Pop That Booty, which, however, I don't even have on my PCHidden Content ) that I would bet my ass on it being written by R. Kelly.

I just can't imagine that kells have nothing to do with "when your body is talking" from Cassie. It has kells style all over it, the production, the lyrics everything. It's her best song, don't know why they didn't put it on the album.

R could be cool with Jermaine Dupri&give him a hook up with a side deal. also in case you don't know Jermaine Dupri like Puffy has Ghosts run through his office engineer board like the ones on Scobby Doo.the mystery is figuring out who did what, but they got Ghosts on alot of those tracks. "Somethings never change" was Kellz emulating Stevie Circa 1975 but yet with his own modern twist vocally&sonically.when a cat is as Prolific as Kellz you know he is un-loading tracks through another party&with all the record label politics nothing would surprise me.

i agree. i mean, how much music can you stuff in a vault! there comes a point when you have to start shelling it off to other producers/artists and studio people.

besides, kells has always been 'on the low'. he is a bit different from, let's say, Mr. "Yall Know What This Is"! I dont think kells cares if his name is on it or not or who is "claiming" it as his. all he knows is that the industry and his bank account knows who is puttin it down. we have never know kells to be an attention whore (lay-z, jd, 50 etc etc).

the music industry is set up in a way where you never get the full detail on things. you can't have it all. yeah I would love a New Kellz Album every month&believe me the Brother has enough material to easily keep a Album coming your way for a whole year&Beyond easily.the sad thing about the Industry is that they will sit on your material&then wait 20 plus years before they unload the vault,etc.....it happens to all major Artists.
