What do you guys think of the Visualizer feature on Billboard. I like it a lot. You can do comparisons between contemporaries and old skool vs. new skool.

HE'S NUMBER (EIGHTY-)ONE: In what could sound like a 'Who's on First?' routine for a radio DJ announcing the song in a countdown feature, R. Kelly bows on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs at No. 81 with "Number One."

"Number One" is hit number 79 on the chart for Kelly, pushing him past Ray Charles for sole possession of fifth-most appearances on the list, which launched in Billboard in 1942.

Here are the acts with the most entries in the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart's history:

    112, James Brown
    98, Aretha Franklin
    89, Jay-Z
    84, The Temptations
    79, R. Kelly
    78, Ray Charles

(The above totals would've been higher for Brown, Franklin, the Temptations and Charles had Billboard not interrupted the run of the chart from November 30, 1963 through January 23, 1965, during which time R&B and Motown hits were so prevalent on the Hot 100 that Billboard deemed a separate R&B chart redundant).

"Number One" previews R. Kelly's 12th studio album, due this fall
