    Default FLOW

When y'all listen to his albums straight thru and go through more than 2 songs in a row, have ya'll felt a nice flow from one song to the next (the next...and the next...)? What songs in series make you feel special flow? Even if you don't like all seperate tracks much, do you find any linking area between songs great? And are there any albums do y'all think have good flow overall?

    I personally dig these parts
1)Heaven If You Hear Me and Religious Love

2)As I Look Into My Life and Trade In My Life

The whole R. Kelly album does not consist of 16 songs, it consists of nothing but one smooth flow from the beginning till the end. Really, there's no other album that flows as perfectly as the self-titled one. R. has a nice flow throughout the two discs too.

As for the flow between two consecutive songs, I don't know right now ... I may have to think about it.

the self title Album has the best Flow from start to finish IMO on a whole. now as far as songs go with the 1-2 punch, for me it's "Your Body's callin&Bump and Grind". that is a Powerful combination that works. i coudl also say"forever"&Dream Girl" also "Love Street"&Ladies Night(Treat Her like heaven). cool topic.

The Happy People album has a great flow of course. And I dig the connection between Ignition And the Remix and the TP2 Intro and Strip for you. And like helena I love the Heaven if you hear me/Religious love combination. "Heaven if you here me" feels like a stormy night for me full of pain. And the beginning of Religious love reminds me of the morning after when all the clouds are gone. That's probably one of the reasons I listen to a lot in the summertime.

Wow! @ The R., mistermaxxx, Mixmaster. All of your posts make my eyes open wide. I can surely feel all of you got sharp, keen sense to catch feelings that could be vague sometimes.

R.Kelly album is by far the most flowing album to me. I mean, among all albums I've ever listend to. I'm talkin about not just all of his albums, but all albums by him and other aritsts. For some reason, I feel the album's whole vibe is about being cool&chilly rather than hot. You know when we talk about weather we use those words such as cool, chilly, and hot. The album has different styles from songs in it, but lookin it as a whole package itself, I clearly feel the cool, chilly vibe. It's been that way ever since the first time I put my ears on. I give up verbalizing why it feels to me like that.
