But you know what, I think all of this is a lost cause if HE doesn't get his mind right. His ego is entirely too big and honestly you can't tell him anything. Think about it, this dude has been in the game almost 30yrs and been successful throughout his career but he needs to be humbled. I'm kinda glad this album tanked in terms of sales, I don't want him to think it's okay for him to continue to go this route. His music lately has sucked compared to love letter and write me back as stated. Yeah there have been a few cuts here & there but for the most part he got lazy and is trying to keep up with these young artist which is making him think he has to do this to stay relevant, but it's only making it worse. He needs someone strong on his team that will stand up to him not a dick rider like he has now. By the way, where is Donnie Lyle admist all this bullsht, I wonder what he has to say.

Donnie Lyle co-write and produced one of the songs on the new album. He also is the musical director of the whole album.

Personally, I don't like WMB at all. It's probably his worst album because it's very karaoke but it was critically acclaimed and probably his most reviewed album. I think Buffet is better tho.

But I agree with everything else you said. He has way too many dickriders on his team. It's disgusting. He needs a slice of this humble pie pronto. Actually, he needs to eat the whole damn pie, lol. He is way too gassed about his past accomplishments that he doesn't see anything wrong with doing vulgar songs over and over or releasing poor quality music. I hope he does find someone that can stand up to him because his head is way too deep in the sand. He needs to comprehend that he will never be young again nor is his fan base as divided as he may think. He can't continue to record songs that Chris Brown or Justin Bieber could record. It's unbecoming at this point and he needs to know!

i think the other elephant in the room is that acts he were writing and Producing for were Musical Giants in a Michael Jackson,Whitney Houston,Isley Brothers, Charlie wilson, Quincy Jones,Luther Vandross, or you work with a Janet Jackson, toni Braxton, i mean he worked with big acts and he also worked with up and coming acts that something going for themselves. Aaliyah,Kelly Price,

Donnie Lyle been their with Kellz for a long long time and he knows the workings of the game.

i think Kellz ain't gonna pull a Prince and write Slave on his face or diss the industry openly however they have told him he is too Prolific and they want him to stay in his place. they don't want him venturing to much on over. he can work with big acts but he has to go back to his R&B room is what they tell him.

the one thing is Kellz defense is the same thing happen to Michael Jackson these label heads talk to you like you a kid
and only want the past and unless something different hits, than its if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.

and yeah he got Yes People and most successful acts in that industry who reach any level of success are in the same boat for better or for worse

truth is untill he leaves a major i think he gonna do whatever they want
and this industry is a mess because they are more happy to see you broken down and bring you back if they want

Psychopaths have a Hidden Content and grossly inflated view of their own Hidden Content and importance, a truly astounding egocentricity and sense of entitlement, and see themselves as the center of the universe, justified in living according to their own rules.

Psychopaths show a stunning lack of concern for the effects their actions have on others, no matter how devastating these might be. They may appear completely forthright about the matter, calmly stating that they have no sense of guilt, are not sorry for the ensuing pain, and that there is no reason now to be concerned.

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person.

Psychopaths seem to suffer a kind of emotional poverty that limits the range and depth of their feelings. At times they appear to be cold and unemotional while nevertheless being prone to dramatic, shallow, and short-lived displays of feeling.
Obligations and commitments mean nothing to psychopaths.

But here is the crux: Psychopaths don't feel they have psychological or emotional problems, and they see no reason to change their behavior to conform with societal standards they do not agree with.

Steve and Chelle are spot on. I've tried to like this album the same way I tried to like BP. This has more good moments than BP though.

I think his quality music-making days are behind him and it saddens me to say. I also think we should stop exonerating him and focusing blame on the label. It all sounds like what he wants to do.I doubt he's being forced
