    Default Trial VS Plea deal

IT WOULD BE NICE IF PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY VOTE AND NOT JUST LURK IN HERE!

do you think Kellz should go through with this trial and take his chances, or just cop a plea for the sake of his kids. cause if he gets 15 years his kids will be adults when hes released....

cause regardless of the outcome he will always be known for this case....

I think that Kells should go ahead and take a plea deal. There are children out there who don't have fathers, and I don't want to see his kids losing theirs.

Take a plea cause based on the jurors it don't look like he's gonna get a fair trial anyway cause too many people think he is a monster cause they are using the word "child pronography" which is taboo.....

I think its too late now for a plea deal, unless it happens before tuesday, which seems unlikely to me. Its all or nothing.

you can cop a plea deal anytime during a trial....as long as its before the case goes to the jury....once its in the jurys hands u can't cop a plea....take it from a avid watcher of court TV.....

Well maybe Robs gonna see how the trial goes and cop one later. But I wonder if the case looks like the prosecution is winning, if the prosecution can take a plea off the table or change it if it seems like their side is winning. Or vice versa is Kells side is winning.

if it looks like the prosecution is winning then they can take the plea deal away...but some times they won't do that...they will give the defendant the option to still take it and get lessor time...now if hes winning he won't need it..and most of the time..if a case looks like it will be lost on the defendants side the lawyers will tell the defendant and consult about taking that plea deal...i'm sure he has been offered many over the past 6 years...

Although I'm not satisfied with the makeup of the jury, I still feel Kells has a good, not great, chance at acquittal. I think it will come down to how convincing the alleged female is on the stand. It doesn't matter how many witnesses testify it is her. The fact is none of them were there and they can only presume based on their perception of the tape. If she does not waver that's reasonable doubt. So, although it isn't too late for a plea deal, at this juncture I'd say proceed to trial.

I say just go on with the trial because he has great lawyers and I'd hate to see him go to jail, even if only for a few years, and register as a sex offender if he can just walk and be acquitted.

Take the plea. It's been too long and the haters will say he's guilty no matter what. It's been dragging on too long and it's time to end it.

But Kells will do what he thinks is right so I'm going to let him make that decision on his own. I bet there's still a lot of stuff we don't know about.
