He definitely shouldn't testify, because he might incriminate himself. They think that they been hard on the other witnesses, just imagine him taking the stand...Oh Hell Naw! Let his attorney continue to talk for him. That's what they're getting paid for.

No defense lawyer in his/her right mind would allow him to take the stand. It's downright crazy to even consider that. He doesn't need to and I'm sure doesn't want to. Remember, even his magazine interviews are taken way out of context.
Who ever put the "get out jail free" card was cute! I like that, I could not stop cracking up. I love that. Yes, I agree with everyone else, he better stay off the stand. The defense is to put seeds of doubt in the minds of the jury and that's really it. The jury can make or break him. Hopefully, he is found innocent. I am worried and hopefull at the same time. Taking the stand would not be a good idea in my opinion.

Absolutely not!!! He really would be found guilty. Its just takes a few mishaps in questioning and all hell will break loose.
