Should Jive/ZLG "Disable" Comments on R.KellyTV (the official YouTube videos)?

You know what Im talking about, this isnt a secret...

The interesting thing is that there are just as many people defending as there are hating. You cant really read a hater comment w/o a positive comment.

Should they not give in to the haters? Or is it just contributing to all the bull-shit?

I say yeah. These delusional fans get out of hand with the comments they leave. Sometimes, I just shake my head with things I read.

naw because they know what folks think and feel. just from the artistic side as a artist I know folks who either Love R.Kelly or Loath R.Kelly and that is a fact. the good, bad and ugly comes out and it keeps things real and you can't censor that right to be heard regardless of what you think and feel on the matter.

Yes, and No. Because people such as myself, have nice things to say. Then you have the others, who LOVE TO HATE him. But sometimes you get tired of seeing the negative comments. They should delete the negative comments, in my opinion. What's even funnier, people who claim they dislike him, they post on his page, like everyday..lol

Co-sign. I will never welcome censorship of any sort. To keep it real you have to know the good and the bad.

In a way...that is how I feel too.

But then I read the threads and threads of comments and think "you know, the users that look up r.kelly vids just want to see the vid and the music, there is no need to put this bullshit in their heads?!"

They oughta keep the comments. Lots of hate, but the love that's shown as well is so strong.

Its funny...cuz whenever R.Kelly impresses people there are no negative comments and even the people that have a negative comment throw in something positive??? Im lookin at the comments on the Hairbrader vid.

I guess it is interesting to see that, which is why in a way im glad they keep them. lol

Among so-called haters, you can still find some are rather less passionate R.Kelly listeners yet potential customers who own his albums, while others are straight haters. There's this large gray area between hard-core fans and hard-core haters. And this is where promotion should focus on to boost his single/album sales. If there's any censorship, it should be used to delete personal attacks against him from these straight haters who really don't talk about his music.
