Thread: R. Kelly - Two Seater

I gave it 4 R's because I thought it was NICE. This song/flow reminds me of Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Possee on Broadway". Now of course, youngsters only know Mix-A-Lot for "Baby Got Back" but I don't care what anyone says, "Possee on Broadway" was that *ish and this song kind of reminds me of that. The song also reminds me of some old Too Short also. I like what he's saying in this song also.

The worst song on the CD by far. Somebody must have slipped this track in while Rob wasn't looking.

Not a favorite. But I don't dislike it either. I listened to it a few times to see what I really thought. It's actually okay kinda feel about it the same way I feel about I Like the Crotch On You. It will depend on my mood whether I will listen to it or not.

I gave it 1 R, but this track made me extremely happy based solely on the above statement which AZ and Maxxx also pointed out!

Now even though I gave it 1R, I can appreciate the song from a musical stand point...well shud I say a rap stand point.

Now a song like this wud have absolutely no place on album titled '12 Play'...actually it wud have no place being on a R. Kelly album period...

and as the 'R rating' system is relative based on the 'RnB ability' of R. Kelly then this has to get the lowest score...

However...

What Big D said about the dirty south sound/flow (from my limited knowledge) is very true, although it wont get as much appreciation from the masses cuz despite his (in my eyes) brilliant rapping, people only see Rob being a 'wannabe rapper' when really he is...

I know right I think the people that giving this below 3 R's is rating it against other R. Kelly songs cause ain't no way in hell this song is worser than Soulja Boy songs.

It might be a good crunk or dirty south tune but I'm just not into that kind of music. Plus I think it just doesn't fit the album. 1 R for me, even though it's more a 1.5.

1 R...If he really did want to give some piece of his mind, he could of made a skit instead of this track. It'd work better. Waste of time and CD space.
