Default AALIYAH or Sparkle who got the most out of R's Creativity And Why??

thinking back to Aaliyah's debut Album and thinking back to Sparkle's Debut Album also thinking about R's 12 play album and self-title album which is the Aaliyah period era stuff and then you got the R double Album and the Sparkle Era Stuff Period which Woman got the most out of R's Creativity and why to you?? Aaliyah's Back and Forth is a classic, but the duet "Be careful with Sparkle and Kells is considered a classic as well. so not only am i asking with R's own Solo Work at play but also these WOmen's vibe and stylings on his artistry which one drove his creativity the most and also challenged his own work the most during these respected times??

I picked Aaliyah because she was on point. She had the looks, voice, creativity, and style to go long in the game. Our boy Kells saw that and helped her get to where she got in the game. Sparkle was just a one-hit wonder. She had the potential, but not the creativity and style. You see after her first album, her sophomore effort in 2000 never got the same play as her first one. Aaliyah kept on going after her first album and made numbers on her sopohomore album, One In A Million. So Aaliyah by far did better than Sparkle. One Love

Sparkle of course. Aaliyah was kind of New Jack Swingish and I don't think Rob's work for her was outstanding. Now Sparkle, however, was Rob at his best. It's that simple, isn't it?

-Aaliyah far and away and she represented his best time period-

Aaliyah definitely for me. I share the point with wars. Sparkle stopped sparkling, as far as her music career concerned, after just one album. But Aaliyah kept on releasing albums after the debut. I love love love her first album as a whole package. "Street Thing" is my song. She was singing with maturity. I love her 2nd album as well, but not as much as the debut album. With Timbaland&Missy duo as a main producers and Rodney Jerkins and others there, vocal part, I feel, was not cared about enough. Her uncle was his manager, so things might have flown like water. But, anyway, The R. made it again musically, esp. as a producer. The success says more about R.Kelly than Aaliyah, maybe. I love her singing and acknowledge her talent, but when you have figures like Kellz behind an album and it became a success, the spotlight also goes to the behind force.

Sparkle....I like some songs on the album, but....

Hahaha -->Damn good question,a Man Needs a Woman to reach out and beyond
Wanted to pick this one as well.

Aaliyah far and away and she represented his best time period. I enjoyed listening to her music. And I still listen to her today. I have always been a fan of hers.

nuthin against anybody, but if I had to choose one, I'd have to go with Aaliyah.....I liked some of da songs on sparkles album (when a womans heart is broken, what about, etc). But Ive always liked aaliyah....When I hear Aaliyah's "Street Thang" I hear R.Kelly singing dat all the way......Especially when she breaks it down at the end!!!

Wow, I can't really believe that everybody prefers Aaliyah's first album over Sparkle's songs that R. Kelly wrote. This is like a Born Into The 90s versus R. competition and everybody's voting for Born Into The 90s ...
I think this poll result might have to do with three things:

    1. Aaliyah, unlike Sparkle, blew up and became a superstar. (Gotta keep in mind that her post-Kellz career was more successful, though.)
    2. Aaliyah was taken from us way too early and her death is still mourned.
    3. Sparkle probably is everybody's least favorite because of her accusations against Rob.

But if you ignore all these things that don't really have anything to do with Rob's collaboration, the music is what remains. And I really honestly don't think Aaliyah's album was better than Sparkle.

By the way, I didn't vote because I miss a good option. I would go for "that Era still rules and all the stuff coming out then WOW!!", but the "I can't stand Sparkle" thing isn't the case with me.
