90's R. was somewhat positive! He got the Grammys and his music pave the way R&B is sung today. He helped more artist than he helped today. His music was more about singing than rapping. The 90's was the birth of legend. I was blessed to witness it from the time Donnie Simpson introduced his first video to now! So go R.! I see you!

Its hard to decide cuz his golden run went from 90s - 2000s.
from 12 Play till HP/USM... but i chose 90s cuz there was none of the BOBW collabos etc. Still a difficult choice cuz TP2 and CL/Loveland are gems
Production wise I'd say the 00's, CF/Loveland was arguably his best produced/intricately crafted album
but as far as overall classic songs.. I Believe I Can Fly etc.. the 90s

It's convenient to say the 90's because R.Kelly in the 90s is something that can be looked back on taking a lot of time and materials and have been so far. The 00's is still in the making. We've already witnessed Tp2.com, CF, HP/USM, and Tp3, tho. I can say about collabos. The 90's wins.
