only 45 mins? man that's too short. considering this is a "once in a lifetime" experience for his fans over there, he should've done 2 hours.

Telecommunications company Zain has paid US musician Robert Kelly commonly known as R. Kelly close to $750,000 (Shs1.5 billion) directly as performance fee.
Saturday Monitor can reveal that the company paid for six business suites at Kampala Serena Hotel, each at around Shs2.1 million for two days and spent around Shs10 million on accommodation for the other 24 entourage members.
The meals and drinks will cost them around Shs6 million. However, the organisers have had to import some of the drinks the artiste asked for.
Sources, who did not want to be revealed because they are not authorised to speak to the press, told Saturday Monitor yesterday that about Shs60 million was spent on tickets to fly in the RnB star and his entourage. He arrived in the country on Thursday evening for the ‘I Believe Concert’ which was scheduled for last night at the Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.
Travelling aboard British Airways, he and his team touched down at Entebbe International Airport at 10.10pm. Silk Events, the event managers, were paid Shs800 million to make the stage and provide security at the concert. Some equipment was imported from Kenya.
However, Zain also added Shs200 million to the Silk Events budget to accommodate the cost for equipment that R. Kelly travelled with. “He (R. Kelly) doesn’t want to share consoles and other equipments with the local artistes so he asked that he comes with his own which we had to pay for,” said the source. On arrival on Thursday, It took the American superstar 50 minutes to check out through the VIP wing as journalists and a horde of fans waited eagerly.
Tight security
Amidst tight security, Kelly rushed to the waiting fans on the fence and shook hands with a few. Women screamed their lungs out on touching R. Kelly who was in company of two young ladies.
After a six-minute indulgence with his fans, the singer proceeded to a waiting black Range Rover Sport, which he will hand over to Ms Davita Natukunda on Saturday before leaving the country. Ms Natukunda was the lucky winner of the car worth Shs200 million in a promotion which Zain has been running ahead of the Kelly show.
The singer was led by a convoy of two police vehicles, four Range Rovers, a van with security personnel and three other cars to Serena Hotel where he is staying.
