He did it big. Well deserved accolades.

I know it seems like i'm getting caught up in the hype... But i can really see Kellz becoming a true world star with the right songs in the future... Kinda like Sting, Elton John, and people like that got bigger in their 40s... But he's gotta let that club, tryna b young stuff go and write big hit "pop" r&b songs with great melodies which i know he's capable of, and by pop i just mean universal

Thanks Andy and Exit for posting those videos. They're really cool, I love them. It's great to see him so happy and inspired. Africa always works its magic on him.

As for the performance, it was OK. It had some nice symbolism like the flags, the fist... but it was too short and I was expecting the Soweto choir to shine a bit more with some extra vocal work at the end along with Rob. And I don't wanna sound petty, but he looked like a thief wearing all black. Africa is all color, he should've worn something more colorful, in my opinion. But that's just me.

I don't think it was lyp-synced. due to the big stadium i think the sound was delayed from the video or something like that.. or maybe they tried to filter the vuvuzela sound from the audio..

The performance was excellent. I'm pretty sure the whole thing was mimed but as people have already said there will have been reasons for that (i.e. the huge stadium, creative directors getting in the way etc.) The outfit was good, very Jackson-esque and fit for a King. It was great to hear the commentators here in England refer to him as the 'King of R&B'. Refreshing because he isn't often recognised as that over here. I really hope this kick-starts a run of emotional and powerful songs which the world can take note of. I'm so excited to see this 3D performance too. Is it in 3-D??

there in the back is it kelly`s man with blacl cap and on the left the lady with the curls is iz not kelly`s wife

^^Actually, I'm not even sure how you noticed that but it does kind of look like her. It's just too far away to be able to say for sure.
