maybe Henry Love did inspire Kells, but so did Marvin and Stevie and Al and Barry. should he have to pay them or their families? Henry Love must have known that by encouraging Kells to make a record, it would be KELLS who made the record. and Love wouldn't get royalties off that shit, ya dig?

He should give it up. Did Henry 'Love' write the songs? I've gotta think not. R. Kelly could pay him a bit to shut him the hell up, but I'd personally fight the suit out of principal.

I'd suggest Kells let a jury decide if Henry is entitled to any proceeds from the song and if there was a "verbal" agreement. Simply paying him off to prevent a trial only opens the floodgate to other needy people with similar inclinations.
