Just about anybody'll take R. Kelly to court these days, including a tour promoter who says that R. owes them $75,000 in fees. Lil' problem for the plaintiff: They never actually signed a contract.
In court papers filed last week in Manhattan, Trevanna Entertainment says it was hired by Kelly's national tour promoter to be the "tour director" for the piss-tastic one's last go-round on stage. But, as the complaint clearly states, "The parties did not sign such agreement." Translation: No contract signed.
Looks like these guys have about the same chance as most judges do getting Kelly into court.

thats rowe entertainment being sued not Kellz....

Why would you give someone 25 grand upfront without a signed agreement? You gotta be really stupid, especially dealing with entertainers. Rowe might seem shady, but the people who paid them upfront are just idiots. I have no beef with TMZ reporting these things.

Yea TMZ sucks for just hating on Kellz day in and day out and adding stupid, ignorant-ass comments inside of R.Kelly news stories....
....but you cant really hate on them breaking this news story the way they did.

Remember before the Double Up Tour started, I reported that they had a bunch of lawsuits pending and closed. If you google there company you'll see what I'm talking about. I think the tour promotor was shady from jump street. He is leaving too many loose ends. That's not how you do business. I hope Kellz never use them again. It seems to be adding more of bad rep for him.
