It's like everyone in the industry was like let's use up the lil bit of energy R. Kelly has before he goes to jail...(What everyone probably expected) then he was found not guilty... He tries to comeback but label wasn't supporting him so he leaks his album and Jive sees that it was getting some kind of a buzz on the project so they made him shoot a video for Skin. Song didn't do well digital so they decided to drop the project. Doesn't help that he made himself look like an asshole on BET. (Something that the BET staff wanted to happen anyway so they could have a reason not to play his music, just earlier that summer they had a show bashing him so the interview was just the putting the dirt on the casket.) No support from the Label, no support from BET supposely Black Entertainment Television. They can play Birthday Sex and not censor Sex on that record the same with Trey Songz I Invented Sex, but when I sent them a tweet complaining on how they been shittin on my dude blackballing him since he was found not guilty it forced them to play the video but they decided to censor the sex in that song but not in other songs...I'm with Chris Brown Fuck the Industry I'm glad I'm not in it because I would shit on alot of people.

That's what I was thinking. It's like they all wanted to hop on and ride because they thought he was going away for 15 years and now that he's been found NOT GUILTY they are treating him worse than before imo. BET can kiss my . . . .foot . That station and Debra Lee need to get it together. On one note, I'm kind of glad they don't play his videos so that he won't be associated with that tomfoolery over there but come on. They need to give this man some respect! I watch how they do other artists also. The really didn't play Whitney's stuff either. First, they need to have an adult R&B music show because the kiddies on 106 & Park have their show. How are they going to bleep "sex" when it comes to Rob but Robin Thicke was just on there singing "Sex Therapy" and some song with that chick Nikki Manaj???????????

BET Sucks.They stop showin love for Kelz after Debra Lee took over that boring a## show.TI goes to jail and they celebrate by giving his girlfriend a show and him a sh## load of awards.WTF. They cater more to hip hop than R&B Soul music anyway.

The way she was laughing at Kellz while sitting on the sofa with Jay-Z,...Yall remember the David Letterman show they were on to promote the Heart of City tour? Whatever she personally thinks about him, she knows he's one of the limited number of R&B producers/songwriters out now that she'll have to depend on. So, we'll see how it goes on her next album. If his song is chosen to be a single and becomes a hit, then it's a plus for him.

It's just foolish to ask a man of his stature to give you a track and then go ahead and not use it. It's just unnecessarily insulting to someone who has never done anything to you or disregard you in any way.

I think henceforth he either turns down all requests from artists wanting him to write for them until he's regained that respect or; he signs an agreement stating that the song must be used eventually before he writes it.

I feel like we've been deprived of some good music by these fools because the songs are never released and Kellz would hardly ever go release a song he wrote for someone that was rejected.

Industry folk are son fickle; I wonder how Mary would've felt if people were shitting
