I always thought Exit was the groundbreaking song on Untitled, just letting his voice fly and the repetitive Exit Exit Exit is unlike anything I've heard before. It reminds me of old electronic music or some obscure names of the 60's and 70's like Scott Walker who had a love of sound. I don't know if that makes sense. But it's also a return to musical roots; faintly it's got a barber-shop-quartet feel kinda like Hair Braider. And that new song When a Woman Loves has that old vibe to it, like the 50's, but he just lets his voice fly. Nothing too over-engineered, about voice and sound, and I predict he's coming back to LOVE. Maybe it's just the love of music, or maybe women, or both.
And I see the title of Zodiac as just 12-play (12 signs) of the new millenium.
