Thread: TP3: Underrated

Lot of people here seem to think TP.3 Reloaded was like a huge step back for Rob. I don't think it was as strong as TP1 and 2, but it had some excellent slow jams that stand with the BEST of Kells: Touchin', Slow Wind, In the Kitchen just to name three of them. Remote Control was amazing as well.

I think TP.3 is very underrated. It's not up to the quality of his best albums, but it's still a pretty damn good one. If anything, DU was more of a step back than TP.3. I would much rather have had another TP3 than a DU album, to be honest (although I love both, for obvious reasons).

What are your thoughts?

Other great songs on TP.3 are Burn in Up and Sex Weed.

There are really only a few bad ones. Trapped in the Closet didn't belong on there, I feel. Totally disrupted the flow of the album. When I listen to TP.3, I just stop right after track 14 (Burn it Up) and pretend like the five TITC chapters aren't even on there.

Like i said many times. TP.3 is good. Trapped in the closet fucked it up. They should've put 5 other songs and it would've been perfect

Also, if he took off Playa's Only (that should have been saved for DU) and maybe Hit It Til the Mornin' as well as no TITC, it would have been an excellent TP album.

I enjoyed TP3. Somebody elsed must have enjoyed it to because I went looking fo rit the other day to play and its gone. Can't find it anywhere so I will have to buy a new one.
