Absolutely... The line is,"Tattoo on her ankle..." They didn't specify which ankle, so one girl could have the same tattoo on the left and the other girl on the right.

Yeah, identical twins can wear the same outfit and borrow each others cars or own the same car... At the end of the song they sing about how they pick them up at the airport... Now if they are traveling back and forth the entire plot seems plausible.
