Thread: R. Kelly's "I Look To You" (for Whitney) played on the 'Today Show'

Clive Davis was on the 'Today Show' today talking about Whitney Houston, and they played a demo snippet of the song R.Kelly wrote and gave to Whitney, "I Look To You". It sounds like a good ballad song. Can't wait to hear Whitney's take on it!

If anyone one could write a hit...it's Kellz...a true comeback song..just looking at the possible lyrics to this song...I can actually imagine whitney singing it

I can't watch it right now, but I'll surely do tomorrow. I know the song and I really really love it. Makes me wonder why Clive Davis brings up such an old song right now. I thought it would never see the light of the day. If he gives it to Witney that's cool, but he could also have put it on one of his own records. Could have been a huge hit for him.

Very nice lyrics. I can't wait. No one will bring you popularity right now more than Kellz. Plus Whitney has a very strong and beautiful voice.
