I guess Mary J Blige is the closest thing to his female equal in the R&B game as far as talent, successful hits, years in the biz, etc. Maybe her and Mariah Carey. But I'm not entirely sure if either of them would be a good fit on an entire duet album.

I remember i was on vibe magazine's website and they had a blog of 25 collaboration albums they want to happen...a collabo album w/ MJB and Kellz was in the top ten and they said the album should b called "Royalty"...

I really like that. I actually forgot all about her. Goes to show I don't really consider her R&B. Definitely more of a crossover/pop act. But that could be nice maybe.

I would love to see it with different artists...not just one...we don't need another best of bost worlds....then a artist anthem like hands across the world would be great to seal it off..

Ledisi!!!!!!

I like Ledisi as a possibility. Her writing style an cadence on her songs is very similar to Kells. Good choice.

I love this idea. A duet album with different artist from several countries would be amazing. Kinda like how Kellz worked with artists from different countries in Africa. I could see Kellz doing something with A.R. Rahman.

I wouldnt mind hearing a full collabo album with a different female artist on each track. That would be special. One of his best slow jams to me is still "Touchin" from TP.3
