Thread: If You Could Direct A R.Kelly Video From Any Of His Albums That Wasn't A Single?

What do you picture when listening to the lyrics and what would be the concept of the video.

Damn, there's so many, first one that comes to mind: It's on - R. Kelly & Mary J. Blige.

Love Street. It would be an animated cartoon video with flashy colors and lots of people walking in a line to that street called Love. Through a city, with some white churches (when he sings about easter sunday morning in church), a love truck and last but not least they'd all find Love Street.

I would also love to direct a video for Peace. But Rob would have to travel to Africa for that one. Beautiful African sunset scenery, wild animals, and poor people, villages, laughing children, a huge crowd of African people singing and clapping and stomping the grand finale of the song while gathering all around Rob. That would be the greatest Kellz video ever, and probably the most meaningful. But oh well ...

It would definetely have to be something from Happy People. Maybe Pause Flash. It would be beautiful and bright with a pleasant atmosphere. And I would have a million outfits for him to wear and he would just be looking real good. But really anything off of Happy People.

It would have to be "Trade In My Life" with visuals of people tha t we lost even Rob's mom. Him the choir a church a coffin I would make it as emotional as the song.

great topic!! i'd say "Religious Love" because that song carrys so much emotion and I truly feel a video showcasing so many things that the visuals could be incredible.

then there are so many tracks from the Hapy People Album that could be solid for videos.

"Down Low Double Life" would make a pretty kick ass video.

damn you guys beat me to the punch with wanting videos from Happy People. I'm totally all for that.

I would have to say FOREVER,HEART OF A WOMAN, DREAM GIRL, FOREVER MORE, SHOWDOWN AND IMAGINE THAT, PRAYERCHANGES, THREE WAY CALL, AND I SURRENDER.....THESE ARE THE ONES I WOULD HA VE LOVED TO DIRECT FOR A MUSIC VIDEO.......
