Default His Own Words about Music - Your Favorite Quotes?

When he talked about music in the interviews, album booklets, etc., whether it was his own or others' or in general,
did you ever feel moved by the words?

What are your favorite quotes and why?

(if possible, can you provide the link or give us the context otherwise?)

he said something like 'his feelings and the melody married eachother"

and i recently read the happy people/u saved me booklet and he thanked GOD about allowing him to be an example of overcoming adversity! i really liked that! he's always on his grind no matter the circumstances

Can't link the exact interview cuz I failed to find it, but I do remember that he described himself "a mad scientist" one time.
And I've just dug up one of the CF-era interviews where he said he'd like to be remembered as "a scientist".
Now, we've all heard similar reference in the WGCI Morning Riot interview.

I've always dug that choice of words. The very first time I read about it, it was like, him re-introducing himself to me and he struck me as a very dilligent, to the point where he was a "nerd" in the showbiz. Now I think more about the impression I got, being the scientist that he is, it kept him from getting too much caught up in partying hard and getting high, etc., IMO.
Seems like he understood this is work, this is his job, first and foremost, like saying to himself "I don't have to live in a certain way to maintain my identity as an artist."
I go back to some of the interview clips and written interviews from CF era. He really buried himself in the studio during that time period. Also, now I can see he tried hard to have some normalcy in "not-so-normal" life, some routines in "not-so-routine" life. Like, hitting the gym, playing basketball, coming back to his studio, and things like that. That tells you it ain't always about putting yourself in a crazy situation to get inspiration and create music. Reminds me of what some musicians said about the general public's streotype of creating genius music. They said it's a lie that you kinda have to go to these wild showbiz parties and get drunk, get with some chicks, get high, and do other wild stuff, in order to conceive great music. Instead, you get sobered up, you take your time out to really practice, hone your skills, and just live your life, that's when something big can happen.
I believe Kellz would agree and he showed us that's the way he's been a scientist.

I like when he said in the TP2.COM video interview, "When you come from your heart and soul with anything that you do, someone with a heart and soul is gonna feel it". I love that!

In terms of quotes, here's another 1 from the Centric weekend when he was speaking about being given the chance of writing 'Sign of a Victory' for the World Cup. He said words to the effect of:

    "Space is the limit..."

and he was talking about where he could go with his music, and that he wasnt willing to set a peak for what he could do. In a way it made me appreciate a song like 'Sex Planet' alot more, because although its a good song Ive never been a huge fan of it - however, I could see what he was trying to achieve, and respected his experimenation. After all this is what the Great Scientist do and always have done, and most of the time its takes multiple attempts to come up with the perfect formula.

Elephants don't swat flys. he ain't get to where he has gotten by accident.

20 year plus careers aren't handed out to any and everybody.

also Music must be a Lady, now I was hit and miss with that song which was a direct lift off Marvin Gaye from 73, however the Metaphor speaks to the fact that Kellz truly only has that One Love and it is music.

he is a student of his craft and knows the ins, outs and in betweens.

he has been on both sides of the tide with Music.
