Thread: 12-Play 4Q Video Concepts - Let's Direct!

Okay, I know we have a thread asking if we could direct a video for any Rob song that was not a single what would it be and what is the video concept but this is slightly different.

Given the rumors about the "Skin" video shoot and some people's dislike for the "Hairbraider" video, and pondering of whether someone from Rob's camp visits the site, etc., let's give some advice concerning video concepts for 12-Play 4Q.

Any suggestions for the video concept of Skin or any of the other songs from 12-Play 4Q?

I think the "Skin" video should be less of a "performance" video with him actually mouthing the lyrics and should be more of a "theatrical" performance with dramatic shots of him and a female with bare skin, touching. That's all of the detail I have for now

I think the skin video should happen during twilight or nighttime in one of California's beaches or pears somewhere.

Its just both Kellz and a female touching each other's skin while he serenades her. They can sometimes cut to snaps of both of them having fun around town or something. Something very down to earth. People dont really realize that Kellz has a great personality and is fun guy that likes to joke around.

I want something down to earth, simple yet classy and well shot.

I think the video should have a plot of some sort. those kinds of videos are always popular. even non-Kells fans have seen Same Girl music video and liked it, for example.

guys the talk has me crazy...but a bedroom scene is a definate and a clunsb scene as well cos this is a banger....we also need shots of a shopping spree, fiddling in the changing rooms, maybach...etc...

For a video like Skin Kells should at least have his shirt off and have a six pack or something you know. But I know he too old to be doing stuff like that but hey.

I was just listening to Whole Lotta Kisses and I was thinking that it should be Kells and a female in the bed and she is in a bikini and its a whole bunch of Hershey Kisses on her body and he is eating them off as he singing hook.

With Freaky Sensation, I can see Kellz do a video ALL BY HIMSELF (like Half On A Baby) in the bedroom, bathroom in a shower, or any room in the house as the camera goes up and down on HIS body as he sings. I can see total sexiness with this video.

^^that would definitely be a treat for all Kells' female fans lol. I personally though would like to have a woman or two (or five) in it.

I'm interested in seeing how the Skin video will come out. Since he's in Cali maybe we'll get a "Your Body's Calling" type video where they're on the beach. And they would be rubbing suntan lotion on each other and feeling each other up.

I think it should be, that he's recording the song in a studio. But then the message appears on the lady's answering machine. Then when the song is over, Kelly walks off into the sea, and the lady checks her messages and gasps. Then she wakes up. It was just a dream.
